Vertical Hospitality is an international hotel company with 10 years of experience in creating and managing lifestyle hotels and colivings.
Starting with the opening of the first Vertical hotel in 2013, the network now has almost 2,000 hotel rooms and 5000 in pipeline in 5 years.
The group developed and manages a portfolio of hospitality assets and brands including We&I Hotels, a contemporary lifestyle brand; Vertical Boutique, an upscale boutique brand with history touch; and You&Co coliving, a midscale accommodation for young professionals and digital nomads.
The company’s focus is on developing in EMEA and Europe — in cities where modern travelers and digital nomads travel. That’s why we have chosen Dubai, UAE as a place to station our headquarters.
Vertical Hospitality creates and promotes modern formats of hybrid rental housing for those who are used to working in the digital world and value opportunities for development, communication, and collaboration provided by colivings and lifestyle hotels under the Vertical family brands.
The shortage of such housing today is pushing rental rates up, allowing investors to receive high rental income. In the next 5 years, Vertical Hospitality plans to increase its portfolio to 30 properties, including franchises, management, and its own projects.

is not only to create efficient and in-demand hotels and co-living spaces but also to generate significant returns on the development project by selling the property unit-wise to private investors
We have developed a model called the win-win-win model, which provides great living spaces for guests, profitable investment opportunities for private investors, and high returns for our partnering investors.
Completed projects have demonstrated a development yield ranging from 25% to 32%, with unit owners receiving returns ranging from 6% to 15%.
